Do not worry. We have experienced riders and they understand this. Our quality control team always keeps an eye on your items till they are delivered back to you.

From your doorstep, clothes are headed directly to our processing unit in Sector 5, Gurugram. Here they are sorted out by our QC team. Only your clothes are processed at a time till they are ready, which means they are not mixed with any other lot. We have industrial grade machines to do the job.

Minimum order value is Rs. 299.

Do not give expensive clothes for simple laundry. Always choose dry cleaning of them. We take utmost care while handling clothes that may bleed out color.

You will receive a SMS on your mobile number. Please make sure you provide your valid mobile number and email-id at the time of placing the order. If SMS is not received (in case due to technical glitches) then you will be provided a physical receipt of your order or you will get the invoice on the email-id you provided at the time of placing the order.

Old, stubborn spots/stains may take a lot of wash/dry clean cycles to be removed which may result in limiting the garment life. Although we remove most stains using our ‘A’ grade chemicals.
